mera name lovekesh hai.main panipat ka rehne wala hu.. ludhiana ke ek immigration consultant ke employe ne mujhse 39300 rs ka fraud kiya hai visa lagvane ke name per.. jhuth bol kar 9 march ko advance liya nd paise le kar Singapore bhaag gya.. pls mujhe meri payment return karvayi jaaye.. uski family se ya uski company ke owner se mera Paisa recover karvane mein meri help ki jaaye..iska naam naveen hai uttrakhand ka rehne wala hai iska mobile number XXXXXX3873 hai jo ki WhatsApp per active rehta hai.. iske owner ka name munish deep hai jiska number XXXXXXX984 yeh bhi meri koi help nahi kar rha iska address provide karvane mein pls help me

For the fraud involving ₹39,300 by an immigration agent, immediately file a written complaint at your nearest police station under IPC sections related to cheating (Section 420). Additionally, report the issue on the *National Cyber Crime Portal and the Ministry of External Affairs’ grievance portal (Consular Complaints and Grievances (mea.gov.in)). If the company is registered, you may also file a consumer complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
