Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the official website of Punjab Roadways (punjabroadways.punjab.gov.in).
• From homepage, click “Complaints” to open the online complaint form. You can also login to your ticket booking account.
• Fill out the required details including bus number, ticket ID (PNR), bus route, description of the issue, and othe bus details.
• Attach supporting documents or photos of buses, if required.
• Submit the form

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status of your complaint. You can also use the mobile app or online ticket booking website (punbusonline.com) of the Punjab Roadways to get access of e-ticketing services or lodging a bus complaint.

Simultaneously, lodge an FIR at your local police station for reckless driving. If unresolved in 7 days, approach the State Transport Commissioner’s office or consumer court with all documentation.
