This has become extremely difficult to manage, especially for families with infants and elderly members. I have a 10-month-old baby, and the lack of power during the night is affecting her health and sleep, along with the overall well-being of our family.

Despite our patience and understanding, this problem has continued for weeks without resolution. I kindly request your immediate intervention to investigate and take necessary steps to ensure uninterrupted power supply, especially during nighttime hours.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Click “Click here to Register/Login” to open the complaint management system.
• Open the online complaint form by logging in or registering yourself.
