To ensure a quick resolution, you should officially lodge a complaint with the **Noida Authority, which is responsible for sewer maintenance. If no timely action is taken, you can escalate the matter to the Noida Head Office or District Administration.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit Noida Authority’s official website (noidaauthorityonline.in).
• Navigate to “Citizen Services” section of the menu and choose “Lodge grievance online”.
• Click “Lodge online complaint” from the online citizen service section.
• Fill out the online complaint form with required details including department, location, type of complaint, and supporting evidence (if any).
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. If not resolved within 30 days (except the Engineering Departments, may take less time), escalate your complaint to Head of Department (HOD).

If no response is received, escalate the matter to the Head of Department (HOD) of Noida Sewage Department** for intervention. Further, you may lodge a grievance with the Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Department through the Jansunwai UP Portal.
