Noida Authority Citizen Helplines:

Steps to file an online complaint:

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. If not resolved within 30 days (except the Engineering Departments, may take less time), escalate your complaint to Head of Department (HOD).

Escalate to Nodal Officer:
