2. Online complaint: Use the grievance portal for faster action: Ambala Grievance Portal.
3. Provide details: Mention the exact location and how long the garbage has been there.
4. Follow up regularly: If the issue is not resolved, you can escalate it by filing a complaint on the CMO Portal.

• Click the “Haryana CM Window ” option to open the grievance system.
• Login/Register at the CM Window portal.
• Click on “Lodge Grievance” to open the online complaint form.
• Select the administrative office:
  • Deputy Commissioner Office (DC Office)
  • Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Office
  • CM Office/CM Residence
  • Minister’s Office at Haryana Secretariat, Sector 1, Chandigarh.
• Fill out the form with all required details as mentioned above including type of grievance, demand for service, and expected resolution.
• Attach the supporting documents
• Submit the form.
