Hello sir, I am making this complaint to you because for the last many days the garbage is not being collected from our Mumbra city.
Sir, I request you to please remove this garbage from here as soon as possible

To address the uncollected garbage in Mumbra city, lodge your complaint with the Thane Municipal Corporation Solid Waste Management Cell by calling 18002124530 / +912225331590 (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM) or emailing dmchq@thanecity.gov.in. You can also file a grievance online via the Thane District Citizen Services portal.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit Thane Municipal Corporation’s official website (/thanecity.gov.in).
• Navigate to “Login” to login or register yourself as citizen.
• Choose “File a complaint” from the online citizen services menu.
• Fill out the online grievance form with applicant details, location with wards, complaint details, and supporting evidence.
• Upload supporting documents, images, or copies of service requests (if any) as proof.
• Submit the complaint form.

After successful registration of your complaint, note down the reference number. If not resolved, you may also send a detailed letter to the municipal corporation, including all necessary information.

If the issue remains unresolved, escalate it to the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board’s online portal.
