To file a complaint about solid waste management (and garbage collection) with the Thane Mahanagarpalika (TMC), you can call the TMC helpline at +912225331590 / +91222533121 or 1800222108 (Smart City). You can also email them at dmchq@thanecity.gov.in or dmcswm@thanecity.gov.in.

If the Thane Municipal Corporation does not offer an online grievance registration system on its portal, you can lodge an online public grievance through the “Maharashtra Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System – IGRS” portal of the Government of Maharashtra. Select the Department of Urban Local Bodies to file your complaint.
