If you have complaints about government offices (including panchayats, Nagar Palika/Parishad, Nagar Nigam, etc.), departments, or public service authorities of the government of Haryana, lodge an online public grievance to the appellate officers through the Haryana CM Grievance Redressal System (CM Window). For this, you may follow these detailed steps and use the provided contact details of the officials.
To lodge your grievance to the Haryana CM Grievance Cell, provide these details in the complaint form:
- Include your full name, contact number, and address.
- Provide the name of the relevant government department or government office related to your complaint.
- Describe the nature of your grievance or complaint.
- If applicable, attach any relevant documents, photos, or evidence that support your case.
- If you have previously registered a grievance, provide the unique registration number or acknowledgement receipt (if available).
You can also submit your written grievance at designated government office counters. Don’t forget to obtain an acknowledgement receipt from the official.
Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the Haryana CM Grievance Window portal (cmharyanacell.nic.in).
- Click the “Haryana CM Window” option to open the grievance system.
- Login/Register at the CM Window portal.
- Click on “Lodge Grievance” to open the online complaint form.
- Select the administrative office:
- Deputy Commissioner Office (DC Office)
- Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Office
- CM Office/CM Residence
- Minister’s Office at Haryana Secretariat, Sector 1, Chandigarh.
- Fill out the form with all required details as mentioned above including type of grievance, demand for service, and expected resolution.
- Attach the supporting documents
- Submit the form.
Finally, you will receive a unique registration ID. Use this ID to track the progress of your grievance. If unresolved, escalate the matter to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) by re-submitting your complaint through the CM Grievance Window with reference or ticket number of the previous complaint.
