4. Login or register yourself as a citizen.
5. After successfully logging in, open the online complaint form.
6. Select whether you need to file an e-FIR (for non-serious reports) or a general police complaint.
7. Provide the required information including:

• Your name, address, and contact details
• Details of the incident (date, time, location, description)
• Information about the victim and accused (if known)
• Any supporting evidence (photos, videos, documents)

8. Choose the police station where you want the FIR/complaint to be registered.
9. Review the information and submit your e-FIR or complaint

  • Deputy Commissioner Office (DC Office)
  • Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Office
  • CM Office/CM Residence
  • Minister’s Office at Haryana Secretariat, Sector 1, Chandigarh.
• Fill out the form with all required details as mentioned above including type of grievance, demand for service, and expected resolution.
• Attach the supporting documents
• Submit the form.
