Since your life certificate was submitted late (in January instead of November), your pension might have been temporarily stopped. As you received December’s pension on 27th January, your next payments should resume soon. However, to resolve this, contact EPFO Haldwani directly at their regional office or use the EPFO grievance portal (https://epfigms.gov.in). Also, visit your bank branch to confirm if any payments are pending.

If your issue isn’t resolved through EPFiGMS or initial contacts, escalate it to your regional EPFO office through email, the WhatsApp helpline, postal mail, or visit in person at the official address.

Further, you can escalate your complaints to the Zonal Office in your region by submitting an online grievance form or sending a grievance letter by post. For assistance contact the officials by providing phone numbers.

If your grievance remains unresolved within 15 days, you can lodge a public complaint to the nodal officer of the Grievance Cell at EPFO under the Ministry of Finance on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) portal.
