As per your case, the 7:39 PM AC Local from Dadar to Kalyan isdelayed by around 30 minutes daily, causing major inconvenience to commuters, since this is the last AC local connecting Dadar to Ambarnath. The frequent delays disrupt passengers’ daily schedules, work-life balance, and overall travel experience.
To resolve this issue, a formal complaint should be submitted to Central Railway authorities requesting strict adherence to the train schedule. If no action is taken, the matter can be escalated to the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Mumbai Division, Central Railway, and further to the Railway Board if necessary.
