I lost my bag in mumbai local trai

To file a complaint about your lost bag, you can use the RailMadad Portal (railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in ) or the Western Railway’s grievance portal (wr.indianrailways.gov.in ).
When you file, be sure to include:
- The date and time you lost your bag.
- The train route you were on.
- A detailed description of the bag and its contents.
- The location on the train where you lost it.
You can also call the toll-free number 139 or talk to the station master/railway police/grievance redressal helpdesk at the station where you lost your bag.

“railmadad” does not have an option for Local Train complaint. PNR no. is must to log a complaint. Please provide another mode, as I also lost my belongings in the Local train.

Please select “UTS” to provide UTS number of the unreserved ticket instead of PNR from the Journey Details input.
