I took a AC train from bandra station at 8:06pm and i kept my laptop bag on luggage srea upside rhe seats . Then i step down nalasopara station at 9:02pm i came out from station then suddenly i realise i am missing something in my hand I forgot my laptop bag along with the laptop in mumbai AC local my waller was also in that mobile samsung mobile charger of 25 Watt please help me to find out that

To report your lost laptop bag containing valuables left on the Mumbai AC local train, immediately file a complaint with the Railway Helpline by calling 139 (available 24/7) and inform the RPF (Railway Protection Force) at Bandra or Nalasopara station. You can also report the loss on RailMadad portal or visit the nearest station helpdesk in person for quicker action.

Note: While lodging your complaint, please use the UTS number of your train ticket.

Additionally, you can also report the lost laptop on the Sanchar Saathi portal (sancharsaathi.gov.in)
