Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the official TANGEDCO website (tangedco.org/en/tangedco/) .
• Navigate to the “Reach Us” and select the “Consumer’s Complaint” section.
• Click “Click here to Register/Login ” to open the complaint management system.
• Open the online complaint form by logging in or registering yourself.
• Fill out the form including customer ID, incident location, and issue description.
• Submit the form.
