Regarding your lost black laptop bag (with a keychain named Abdul) while traveling from Bandra to Reay Road station, you have taken the right step by calling the 139 railway helpline. Please also visit the Reay Road Station Master’s office immediately with your journey details and file a written complaint. If untraceable, you can escalate by lodging a report at the Government Railway Police (GRP) office.
Further, you should register a complaint through the Railway Madad Portal with the UTS number of your ticket.
