You can also escalate the matter by lodging a complaint on Swachh Bharat Grievance Redressal or visiting the nearest BBMP ward office for immediate action.

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.
