Vacant land without any construction left for years, is used as a garbage dumping and burning site. Causing neighbourhood infectious and unhealthy.

Complained several time earlier on BBMP approved, swach Bharat. But no major action was taken.

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.

If your complaints are still not resolved, you may escalate the case to the zonal deputy municipal commissioners of your region.

If no action is taken, escalate the matter to the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) through the Janaspandana portal , an Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS) of the government of Karnataka.
