Follow these simple steps to submit your complaint:
- Visit the Chaksu Complaint Portal: Open your browser and go to the following URL:
Report Suspected Fraud Communication - Select the Medium of Communication: Choose the method through which you received the suspected fraud communication, such as SMS, email, phone call, etc. This step is crucial to ensure the correct category of fraud is reported.
- Provide Suspected Fraud Details:
- Category Selection: Pick the appropriate category (e.g., phishing, lottery scam, financial fraud, etc.).
- Screenshot Upload: If you have a screenshot of the fraudulent message or call, upload it (maximum size: 1MB).
- Date and Time: Provide the exact date and time you received the fraudulent communication.
- Complaint Description: Briefly explain what happened in the communication and why you believe it was fraudulent (maximum 500 characters).
- Fill in Your Personal Information:
- Enter your full name and the phone number where you received the fraudulent communication.
- Ensure that your contact information is accurate, as it will be used for OTP verification.
- OTP Verification:
- After filling in the details, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on your provided phone number.
- Enter the OTP in the verification box to confirm your identity.
- Captcha Verification:
- Enter the text displayed in the captcha image to verify that you’re a human (not a bot).
- Submit the Complaint: Once all the fields are completed and verified, click on the Submit button to lodge your complaint. You will receive a confirmation, and your report will be processed by the relevant authorities.
