Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the PhonePe’s official website (phonepe.com/) . You can also Log into the PhonePe app and click contact support to chat with an executive.
• Navigate to “Contact Us ” page.
• Click “Get Help” from “Customer Support” section or “Send a Message” from “Merchant Support” section.
• Fill out the online complaint form including transaction ID and screenshot (if any)
• Submit the form.
