If your money has been debited but the transaction failed in the PhonePe app, the refund is usually processed automatically within 3 business days. Please wait for this time to pass.
If you do not receive your refund after 3 days, contact PhonePe customer support via the PhonePe app or by visiting the PhonePe Help Center at +918068727374 or +912268727374 to raise a ticket for resolution.
