I am recharged my airtel number XXXXXXX191 through my airtel app using my debit card on today 11.40 am (amount 489) amount deducted my bank account but recharge not completed. plz rectify my problem to refund my amount or recharge.
If your ₹489 recharge via the Airtel app failed but the amount was deducted, please raise a complaint immediately through the Airtel Thanks app under “Help & Support” or call 121 (Airtel customer care). Share your transaction ID and date/time of payment. Refunds for failed recharges are usually processed within 7 working days. You can also email 121@in.airtel.com with full details.
