File a Complaint Online to Airtel:
- Visit the Airtel’s website or Airtel Thanks App.
- Click “Help” from the account section provided in the menu.
- Select the type of service.
- Open the email/chat form, online complaint form (selfcare), or mobile app.
*Fill out the online complaint form with your name or Airtel customer ID, location, the subject of your complaint, and a summary of the problem. - Submit the form.
Finally, keep the reference number for tracking and future escalation. You can also use the social media channels of Airtel to raise your concerns.
Escalate to Appellate Authority
If your previous complaints about broadband or telecom services are not resolved by the customer support team or local nodal officers within 2 weeks, escalate the complaints to the Nodal Officer or Appellate Authority of Airtel.
