How to legally approach airtel lineman and also some airtel peoples for my grievances and also for their cheap behaviours
Dear @geethashankar,
To address your concerns regarding the behavior of Airtel linemen and staff, please follow these steps:
- Submit a formal complaint by contacting Airtel customer service at 121 or through their WhatsApp : Message on +919910099100 and through their official website’s grievance portal.
- If the issue remains unresolved, escalate the matter to the Airtel Nodal Officer for your region. Contact details can be found on the Airtel website.
- After receiving a final response or if the grievance redressal time limit (3 months) expires without resolution, you can file a complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) using the VAS CMS (Complaint Management System).
To file a complaint with TRAI, follow these steps:
- File a complaint with your telecom provider first.
- If unresolved, escalate it to the Nodal Officer and then the Appellate Authority.
- After 3 months or the expiry of the redressal period, file a complaint with TRAI via the VAS CMS (Complaint Management System).

Already all the process been done till nodal officer…but no response
Dear @geethashankar,
Since you have already escalated the issue to the Nodal Officer with no response, please note that you must wait for the 3-month grievance redressal period to pass after lodging your complaint. If you have recently submitted a complaint, kindly allow time for their response.
If the 3-month period has already passed, please gather all relevant documents, including your complaint reference numbers, and file a complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) through their VAS CMS (Complaint Management System).
If you require further assistance, please reply to us.
