We had taken airfiber connection in pune 10days back, it is not working at all after 2days , we raised the complaint but in vain, we had tweeted also but management is least bothered. Very horrible team and call centre are hopeless, they are just paid to be sweet
with customer , because the dont know ABCd of airfiber and they call them air fiber expert. Worst experience , this happens when there are only few player in sectors. As SEBI is there for stock market there shold be some governing body for telecom sector as
TRAi doesnt look into complaints , they are there to coordinate with service provider and take hefty payment
