Telecom and internet service complaint against jio air fiber

I want to raise a complaint against jio telecom because they were claiming that after registration fees for air fiber it will get installed within 48 hours but it has been more than four days but still didn’t get any response also there customer service are null .they didn’t even responding

For your issues related to delays in the installation of air fiber of Jio even after complaining to the customer support team, you may contact the Jiofiber department by calling at the toll-free number 1800-896-9999.

Further, you may lodge your complaint with the Nodal Appellate Authority of Jio Telecom by calling at 1800-889-3999.
