Hi
I have no patience level now as its been 6 days i am facing an issue with Jio Airfiber and registered a complaint via jio app and since 4 days the service engineer is not visiting my place. I have complaint it to the helpline as well and they are just rescheduling the appointment and giving false assurances that the service engineer will visit in an hour or so.

You may call the Nodal Authority of Jio at the helpline number 18008893999 to escalate your complaint about Jiofiber.
