I placed a JioFiber order on 25th March 2025, with Order ID: LR00000I86TA. The status still shows “Installation in Progress”, but no technician has contacted me yet, and the connection has not been installed at my home.
I kindly request you to send the installation team to my location as soon as possible and complete the setup.
To expedite your JioFiber installation (Order ID: LR00000I86TA placed on March 25, 2025), please call the JioFiber installation helpline at 1800-896-9999 (24×7) and quote your Order ID for a priority update. You can also open the MyJio app, go to Support → Fiber Services → Installation, and raise a complaint ticket.
If no technician is scheduled within 48 hours, escalate by emailing or filing a grievance through Jio portal with your ticket number and Order ID.
