JioAirFiber connection NOT WORKING

Dear Sir, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the Air Fibre connection I recently acquired from your company. Unfortunately, I have been facing significant issues with the internet speed, which has rendered the service virtually unusable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including calls to your customer care and requests for a service engineer, I have not received a satisfactory response. I raised a service request on 28th February 2025; however, no technician has visited my residence to address the problem. Currently, I am experiencing a download speed of only 5 Mbps during nighttime, which is far below the expectations set by your service agreement. Given the lack of resolution and ongoing frustration, I kindly request the cancellation of my connection. It is disappointing that I have not received the quality of service promised, and I believe this action is in my best interest. I hope for a prompt response regarding the cancellation process. We understand your frustration with the poor internet speed and lack of technician response since your service request on 28th Feb 2025. To cancel your JioAir Fibre connection, please call the customer care number at 1800-896-9999 linked to your Jio account or use Jio app/web portal to raise a disconnection request. If there’s still no action within 7 days, you may escalate the issue to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
