Urgent: Unresolved Relocation Request and Service Disruption – Fixed Line

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my relocation request for Jio Fiber services associated with Fixed Line.

The relocation request was raised 10 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received rescheduled dates with no actual progress. I have called your helpline several times, and each time I was assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, there has been no concrete action taken so far.

This delay is causing significant inconvenience to my elderly parents, who are currently without internet access. It is affecting their ability to stay connected and manage essential tasks. Additionally, during my visits, I am unable to work from home due to the lack of internet connectivity, which limits the time I can spend with them.

On one occasion, I was informed by a customer service representative that there was a technical issue with Jio Fiber in the building. However, upon checking, I found this information to be inaccurate, as other residents are not facing any such issues.

Given the continued inaction and lack of transparency, I requested a cancellation of my connection and a refund of the remaining amount from my annual recharge plan (Jio Fibre_12M_8388, valid until 31-01-2026). Unfortunately, this request was also denied without a satisfactory explanation.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability. I urge you to take immediate action to either:

  1. Expedite the relocation and complete the setup without further delay,
    2.OR*
  2. Process the cancellation and refund the amount for the unused portion of my plan.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond with a resolution at the earliest.
