Complaint about no network connectivity of Jio

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the Jio connection I took on 6th May. Since the day of installation, there has been no network connectivity whatsoever. My reg mobile number and address- salempur, Surajgraha, dist-lakhisarai, bihar, 811106.

Despite raising multiple complaints and calling customer care several times, the issue remains unresolved. I have also tried contacting the local Jio staff, but unfortunately, no help has been provided so far.

Moreover, I recently found out that everyone in my neighborhood received this connection free of cost under the Freedom Plan offer, whereas I was charged ₹1100.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I request you to either resolve the network issue immediately or initiate a full refund of the amount charged.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.

To resolve your Jio network issue and refund concern, contact Jio customer care at 198 or email care@jio.com with your complaint details and payment proof. You can also escalate the issue by lodging a grievance to the Nodal Officer.
