Not satisfied with jio service, no technician came.

I am not satisfied with your service. I raised complaint on 2nd April’25 and after a week they schedule call of technician as we bith are working I requested call for saturday, team accepted but no one came to give service. Very pathetic approach. They theirself rescheduled service between 11:45am to 12:45 pm today, but not a single call since morning. I have taken half day leave for same reason. Since 2nd April’25 I am Facing issue. You are sending bill for full month but for few days we are suffering, is jio reimburse my amount or extend my plan for wanted days due to poor service?
Pathetic work culture. No values for customer time and money.

We understand your frustration regarding the delay in technician visits and lack of updates despite your repeated efforts since April 2nd. Please escalate this to Jio’s customer care at 198 / 1800-896-9999, stating your complaint number, missed appointments, and request for compensation or plan extension. You can also raise the issue via the MyJio app under “Support.”
