I had booked a JioAirFiber connection on 31st March with Lead ID: LROOOOOJCURG.
It has now been nearly a month, and my installation has still not been completed. Initially, the installation was scheduled for 9th April, then postponed to 11th, then 21st, 25th, and now 26th April—each time without any communication from your team.
Despite repeatedly checking the order status (which keeps changing), reaching out via phone, email, and even social media (X), I’ve only received the same generic response: “Your order is on hold, and our installation team will contact you soon.” Unfortunately, no one has contacted me even once regarding the installation address, preferred timing, or any related details.
What’s more concerning is that I personally know others who received their JioAirFiber installations within 3 to 5 days. This clearly indicates there is a serious issue or negligence from the installation team’s end regarding my request.
I request immediate action on this matter.
