Delay in airfiber installation

Sir meri booking ho chuki hai 9 date ko or ORN bhi 9 date ko aa chuka hai par abhi tak jio agents ka koi response nhi aya hai bar bar delay kr rhe hai very bad rating for your agents work pehle 10 /06/2025 date di installation ke liye fir delay karke 13/06/2025 date dedi ese kab tak delay hota rhega wifi ka installation or aapke agents bhi call pick ni krte

For urgent resolution, call JioFiber customer care at 1800-896-9999 or raise a complaint via the MyJio app under “Support.” Request escalation to a supervisor and mention the missed appointments. If the issue continues, you can file a grievance at National Consumer Helpline under telecom services.
