Im Gopichand Rajaboina and my registered mobile number and jio fixed voice number.
I took Airfiber connection on 6th May 2025 and installation is done on 8th May 2025.
My query is there is no internet connection till today since the installation is done.
First of all, on 7th May morning around 9:30 AM without Installation & without visiting home, technician called me and took OTP which is actually needs to be shared with him post the installation is done but he said that he already started to my home for installation but needs to perform some checks near jio tower so with trust i shared otp but he didn’t came to my home on 7th may.
After long waiting on 7th May around 3:15 PM i raised Service Request ID: SR00002D3HNL mentioning installation is not done so next day ie; 8th may technician visited home and done the installation but there is no internet connection and red light is blinking continuously so i asked technician about this then he said it will be fixed in 1 hour so wait and check.
Till today i’m still waiting for internet connection but no use, still red light is blinking.
Im continuously contacting customer care number and raising tickets but they are closing without fixing the issue and without taking consent from me.
Since it’s been 15 days i took the connection so, requesting you to please investigate on this and fix the issue either from backend or by replacing the current Kit (odu & idu) or whatever is needed to fix it.
Im hoping my issue will resolve ASAP.
Incase issue will not be resolved by this Sunday EOD please proceed with cancelling the connection and refund my money.
