Last few days internet connection is frequently interrupting and buffering regularly. I want to return back your equipment. I have complain about internet connection of jio airfiber. The poor service of jio is astonishing me.

How to Escalate if Issue is Not Resolved:

Register a Complaint – Call JioCare and note down the complaint docket number.
Escalate to Jio Appellate Authority – If your issue is not resolved within the given time, appeal to Jio Appellate Officers in your region.

  • Timing: Monday to Friday (10:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Ensure: You must file the appeal within 30 days after the resolution deadline.
  • Get Docket Number: Within 3 days of filing the appeal, you will receive a new docket number.
  • Resolution Timeline: The appeal will be resolved within 39 days.

Final Escalation – If Jio does not resolve your issue, contact TRAI Consumer Grievance.
