Jio Airfiber connection not working from last 8 days. ried reaching out 5 times a day to there call center no., email id and even to appellate.mp@jio.com. Appellate Partha is not responding to mails. Multiple service request are open they are closing them without even contacting forget resolution.
Please don’t buy Jio airfiber connection. They are pathetic and frustrating. Their call center does not have clue what is happening and they don’t have any sense to resolve the issue. They seems like 8th class students. My 7 years child is better than them
Ridiculous service from Jio fiber. I want to escalate it to TRAI. Any one knows how can we. Do that?

Since Jio’s support has been unresponsive, you can escalate the matter to TRAI by filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) or lodging a grievance with TRAI through PG Portal (www.pgportal.gov.in). Additionally, you may consider filing a complaint with the DoT’s Public Grievance Cell (www.dot.gov.in).
