Want to complaint against Jio Fiber, already have recharge, but our connection suspended

To resolve your complaint about Jio Fiber suspension despite an active recharge, contact Jio customer care at 1800-896-9999 or raise a service request via the MyJio app under the “JioCare” section. Share your registered number and transaction ID for faster resolution. If the issue is not resolved promptly, escalate it through the Jio grievance officer listed at Jio Grievance Redressal.
