Relocation request was not completed for 8 days

I have raised relocation request for my jio fiber connection 8 days ago. The request is still in progress despite of many discussions with support team through chat. I requested that this is urgent and I need the connection as early as possible. But the request is still in progress and no one reached out to me regarding the same.

I have raised so many complaints through support everytime it was mentioned like it is in progress and executive will contact you , but none of the complaint got escalated it seems.

I would like escalate this to regional support team.

And this is very urgent if it is taking too long please let me know. I will get new connection from other service.

I am literally disappointed with the services.

I don’t want to take the connection anymore if the relocation is not completed by today EOD.

I have already reached to the jio service center near me and they were saying the connection was not coming under their premises. I don’t know what to answer because this needs to be addressed despite of the location. At least they should provide the contact number.

I have paid the amount in advance otherwise it is not allowing me to complete the request.

I have sent so many mails and I raised so many requests through chat but none of them worked. It’s basic thing that you need to give the connection as early as possible once any customer request for relocation.

I got so many text messages that “Are you relocating?” … What is the use of those text message communications if you are not doing the service at the earliest to the customer?

If we call the customer support that is simply mentioning your request is in progress rather there is no option to talk to support person. If we are trying to chat with the support person, he/she is also mentioning the same thing and if I ask them to escalate they are saying yes we escalated. I have reached to the support atleast 10 times every time it’s been said that we escalated, if it is escalated why no one is looking into it. How many days we need to wait for the connection. We need to do the payment once request is raised and need to wait 10 to 15 days for the connection but Can’t you wait for the payment until the connection is fixed?

We need the connection as early as possible otherwise please refund my amount. We will have so many works and that need the wifi connection.

Either I need the connection by today EOD or the refund of the amount that I paid.

To escalate your JioFiber relocation issue, urgently email your complaint along with request details and payment proof to care@jio.com. Also, call JioFiber support at 1800-896-9999 and demand escalation to the regional manager. Mention the delays, lack of response, and your intent to cancel if not resolved by EOD. If unresolved, file a grievance via the TRAI consumer portal or National Consumer Helpline (1915).

I have already sent around 5 to 6 emails to care@jio.com and called JioFiber support at 1800-896-9999 around 20 times. I didn’t receive any reply unless the automatic emails from jio and at JIO support it simply says “your lead is inprogress our executive will contact you” then the calls gets disconnected automatically. This is the issue with JIO. There is no proper system to handle the requests. Not even to handle, we can to escalate something regarding the JIO service we don’t have any other option. We just need to sit and wait for their service that’s it.
