I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the data services provided by Airtel and the unresponsiveness of your customer care support. I have been experiencing issues with my data services which have not been resolved despite multiple attempts to contact your support team.
On July 1 2024, after exhausting my daily 1.5GB data limit, I recharged my account with Rs. 29 for an additional 2GB of data per day. However, without any prior warning or notification, my data services were abruptly stopped. Despite checking the Airtel Thanks app as suggested by your automated customer service bot, I found no information regarding my 2GB data pack.
Furthermore, I have attempted to reach out to your customer care through various contact numbers provided, but I have not received any assistance or clarification regarding my data pack. The lack of support and transparency in resolving this issue has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
I request immediate action to restore my 2GB data pack and a thorough investigation into why my data services were discontinued without any notification. Additionally, I would appreciate it if your customer care support could be more responsive and provide clear information regarding service issues.
