If your Airtel network suddenly stopped working despite a recent recharge, try these steps:
- Check Balance & Validity – Dial *121# or use the Airtel Thanks app to confirm your plan is active.
- Restart & Reinsert SIM – Turn off your phone, remove the SIM, wait a minute, reinsert, and restart.
- Check Network Settings – Go to Settings → Mobile Networks → Preferred Network → Select 4G/5G (Auto).
- Try Another SIM Slot or Phone – Insert your SIM into another device to check if the issue is with the phone or SIM.
- Call Airtel Customer Care – Dial 121 or 198 for immediate support.
Follow these steps to make your complaint online:
If the issue persists, visit the nearest Airtel store or contact the Nodal Authority of the Airtel.
