Money debited but recharge not done

I have done a recharge of ₹279 on my airtel number+91XXXXXX3483 using BHIM upi on the night of 5 September 2025 at 9:25 pm. My money got debited within 2 or 3 seconds. But when I saw my device which has airtel sim the recharge sms was not came, i think it may take 1 to 2 hours due to slow network connection but when I try to call a person at 5:00 am in the morning the agent of airtel is telling that you have no active plan and i rechecked it at 3:00 pm but the recharge was not came.

If your ₹279 Airtel recharge on 5 Sept 2025 via BHIM UPI was debited but not reflected, please check your UPI app for the transaction ID and raise a complaint on the Airtel Thanks app or call 121 (Airtel Customer Care). Also, you can email Airtel at 121@in.airtel.com or whatsapp +919910099100 with payment proof and number details. If unresolved, escalate via the Airtel grievance portal.
