I have recharged 859 plan with 84 days on 27 may 2025 at 12pm. But on 83 day it got disconnected all call, SMS and internet services. This happened with me only or its common with everyone.

To address your complaint about services under the ₹859 plan (84 days) being disconnected on the 83rd day, please contact your telecom operator’s customer care by dialing 198 (toll-free) or using their mobile app chat support. Share your recharge details and transaction ID to verify the validity. Sometimes service lapses occur due to system rounding or plan activation errors. If unresolved, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

Thanks for your reply. as I need instantly calling feature, i ended up recharging again instead of complaint process, as when i tried airtel customer care, it was mostly ivr and human interaction was not connecting with any of the airtel numbers.
So better, In future if it repeats i want to make public this discussion, so can u guide what will be process or channel for public discussion.
