Refund Not Received from Zepto

My Money Still not credited into my account , but i got text message that money will refunds with in 3 days
But Not Yet Received
As i Contact to Customer Care and Chat in Order Cancellation Still there is No Use.
Please Help me to get my Money back.
And One of zepto 's Staff talk with me and they said that i have to purchase more than 400, then they said that money will be refunded bac, but there is no use of that Support.
and one Employ Szid that, I have Raised the Ticket You will get your Refund as soon as Possible. but this is also no use. I did’nt receved any text message or Email.

Yesterday i kept a Negative Feed back in Playstore, they given me an Immediate mail, that asking why you kept an Negative feedback
just I replied to that mail that my Problem , they given me same reply that ticket has been raisded.
And I got an Another email that consisting that,
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDER
But my money was debited , then they are escaping by Saying silly Reasons
