Zomatto refund issue

I cancelled my zomatto order within few minutes on date of 26/7 but there is no refund i got. So i ask for help on there site. Than executive told me that u r nit eligible for refund they also told me that at the time of cancellation u got this notification that u cant receive any refund. But i didnt receive this kind of any notification . So this is such a mess their executive are such a senseless. So i need help with my refund if this time i cant get refund or resolve my complaint next time i m asking help from consumer act. I hope u got it & resolve it as early as possible

For your Zomato order (ID [insert]) cancelled on 26 July without refund, immediately call Zomato customer care or email order@zomato.com with your order number, cancellation time, payment proof and screenshot of the missing refund notification. Meanwhile, open the Zomato app, go to “Help” on the cancelled order, select “Escalate issue” and keep all ticket numbers.

Failing this, lodge a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or online via grievance portal under “food delivery services”. Retain all communications for reference.
