Zomato refund Issue

Hello

I had order food on Zomato and canceled immediately because my wife is pregnant and cannot eat some food.

Please help me with refund

I spoke to a zomato customer care person name called Anchal she is so rude she said that I don’t get money but the amount will be given to hotel if canceled.

I have canceled immediately and waiting for refund…

I checked with hotel they said that they don’t any money from zomato for canceled.

***I have call recording from both people as proof ****

Based on your situation, I recommend escalating this complaint about cancellation refund to Zomato’s Grievance Officer. First, you can email your concern with the Order ID and reference number to order@zomato.com. Further, follow this instructions:

If your issue still isn’t resolved after contacting the Grievance Officer, I suggest filing a consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
