Zomato fraud

I have orderd 5 items and in that 1 item of main food was missing and they delivered sub items withou chicken leg pieces. I asked them 1 item missing they said we will refund. I said what will i do witout main item.
This is total fraud by zomato and they are just cheating daily with many customers and enjoying. Never ever go with zomato. I have video also of the packet opening. This is upfront fraud by zomato. This zomato is doing fraud

Since you have already contacted them and have order details and a video, you can lodge a formal consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) with your previous complaint reference numbers and all order details, including the missing item and the video evidence.
