Zomato Order Missing Dish & Wrong Preparation at KK Maharaja Hotel

I ordered from Zomato at KK Maharaja Hotel for 2 egg curries, specifically requesting Bihari-style with 5 extra garlic. I even added a note and called to confirm. But they sent only 1 egg curry, ignored my request completely, and served a watery, bland gravy. Totally disappointing!

For your incorrect Zomato order from KK Maharaja Hotel, first, raise a complaint via the Zomato app under “Order Help” to request a refund or replacement. You can also email Zomato customer support at order@zomato.com or file a complaint directly on Zomato’s website (zomato.com) by logging in to your account for immediate assistance.

If they don’t resolve it, you can lodge a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).
