My Shoppy payment from Flipkart deducted and haven’t refunded as delivered failed. How to resolve it?

If your Flipkart order wasn’t delivered but the payment was deducted and no refund has been issued, please call Flipkart support at 18002029898 or +914445614700 or use the in-app help section to raise a refund request. Be sure to provide your order ID and payment screenshot for quicker resolution. If the refund isn’t processed within 7 working days, escalate the issue through the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) or call 1800-11-4000.
