Purchased Ac from flipkart they are not arranging for Service technician after 10 days and continuously giving 48 hours time to wait and not even giving the complaint number .Keep on holding the calls for any issue raising to them .Simply escaping by providing time .Unable to return the AC also after investing the amount why we need to wait for 10 days and net date also dont know whether AC will be installed or not .Thier technicians is asking extra amount for transportation.Even flipkart is informing not to give the extra amount .Now i need to return my AC suggestion not available in Flipkaart and costumer care is not at all bother of the issue

Additionally, try to contact the brand or manufecturer company who is selling its product. Further, you can also file a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline.
